Second blog

It's July 10, I am in San Francisco, which is too familiar. The overcast sky and the damp cold have convinced my body that I never left. Talking to Toronto this morning from that place in myself was interesting. Now to take a nap, get active with the jet lag and realize that the sun is truly trying to break through.

First Blog

After reading MaryBeth Smith's blog on building a Feldenkrais practice, I am excited and interested. Now to find the time needed to actually have a practice. In the meantime, my husband, Jim George, and I are preparing to speak in Philadelphia next month, on the subject of Awakening and global warming as a a call to awaken. His book 'The Little Green Book on Awakening' should be out by then.
